Whilst providing an efficient and value added service to clients is crucial to our business, it was a desire to help individuals find the right career moves that originally inspired the establishment of TPD in 2001. Our ability to assist candidates and clients is interdependent and we treat all parties with the utmost respect.
Wherever possible we will always try to meet with candidates in person and it is part of our routine service to offer advice and direction to help individuals meet their potential or make the right choices for them. Where necessary we will advise candidates on updating their CV, on alternative routes to achieving their goals and on any professional education or other development that would be beneficial.
As well as putting candidates forward for specific roles we have been made aware of, we will actively seek out opportunities, in part through our regular circulation of discreet candidate descriptions to our key contacts in the market.

Introduction to Investors
TPD is not authorised to give investment advice, however we are often able to make introductions to individuals or businesses that are looking to invest in the insurance market. We are happy to do this on a contingent basis and will charge an appropriate introductory fee.
